MMDA Traffic Czar Nabs Taxi Driver For Being ‘Dugyot’, Driver Says ” di naman nakikita“
The MMDA Traffic Czar Edison Bong Nebrija apprehended and nabbed a taxi driver for illegal parking violation and for being ‘dugyot’.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic chief Edison Bong Nebrija has posted photo of a taxi vehicle with ‘dugyot’ driver who committed a traffic violation on his Facebook page. The post garnered various reactions from the netizens.
Nebrija questioned the taxi service in the Philippines after he witnessed the disgusting and filthy condition of a taxi vehicle. The MMDA chief compared the difference between the taxi service in the Philippines and other country.
The MMDA official reiterated that taxi vehicles abroad were luxury cars and some drivers were just using ordinary vehicles but the cleanliness and neatness can be observed. Taxis abroad give a good riding experience to the passengers.
The traffic czar expressed his disappointment after a taxi driver who committed an illegal parking violation along EDSA made the taxi vehicle like a restroom. The driver hanged his underwear and boxer short at the back of passenger’s seat.
In the photo, it can be seen that the taxi was not organized because the objects inside the vehicle were just scattered. The driver’s underwear including his brief and boxer shorts are visible outside the vehicle.

“What’s happening to our country’s taxi service?
Sa ibang bansa luxury cars ang taxi service at kahit ordinaryong sasakyan man makikita mo maayos ang mga drivers at malinis at mabango ang mga sasakyan.
Ito nahuli naming nakaillegally parked sa EDSA at kitang kita mo na wala sa ayos itong taxi. Kasing dugyot ng taxi ang driver nito. Tinanong ko yung driver:
Me: “Manong bahay mo ba toh?”
Driver: “Bakit sir?”
Me: “Pambihira naman Manong bakit naman nagkalat yung brief at boxer shorts mo sa likod ng upuan ng pasahero?”
Driver: “Sir di naman nakikita at nasa likod naman po ng ulo ng pasahero.”
Me: “Putik ka! Anong gusto mo amuyamoyin ng pasahero yung brief mo!”
Baka may nakakalat na condom pa dyan sa loob. KADIRI TO DEATH!”
