Earlier, the president criticized the senator’s hairdo by saying: “Lahat kayo pati si Ping [Lacson] iba ang hairdo.”

To which the senator replied: “I don’t know what he is talking about. I haven’t changed the way I comb my hair long before he had lost his mind.”

Recently, Iwa Moto took to the image-sharing site, Instagram wherein she posted an art card from a news company featuring the statements of President Duterte and Senator Lacson.

Her post is accompanied by the caption: “Question lang po. Bakit buhok ni daddy ang topic ng pangulo natin? Diba dapat yung problema ng bayan?”

“Ohh baka atakihin ako ng trolls ah,” she added.

Ping Lacson is the father of Iwa Moto’s partner, Pampi Lacson.

Iwa Moto whose real name is Aileen Quimado Iwamoto is an actress who started her showbiz career after winning as first runner-up in the third season of StarStruck, a reality-based talent search show of GMA Network.

She is well known for playing Rita Acuesta on Kung Mahawi Man Ang Ulap and Valentina in Darna.

It can be recalled that during a recent public address of President Duterte, he lashed out at Lacson and Senator Richard Gordon, chairman of the Senate blue ribbon committee, amid investigation on Commission on Audit’s flagged “deficiencies” in handling pandemic funds.

The said hearing tackled the controversial procurement of allegedly overpriced pandemic-related supplies last year.

But Lacson brushed off Duterte’s remark against him, saying that the president is now in “panic mode” with an attempt to discourage the Senate from investigating the alleged flagged “deficiencies.”
