Gigi De Lana: “Gusto kong mag-venture sa iba pang genres.”
GIGI DE LANA – The Star Magic artist and singer wanted to collaborate with popular rapper Gloc-9.
Gigi started to sing at the age of 5.
In 2016, she joined Tawag ng Tanghalan. Unfortunately, she did not win the said competition.
She later performed on ASAP alongside her singing idols.
For now, Gigi De Lana wanted to collaborate with rapper Aristotle Pollisco also known as Gloc-9.
“Gusto kong mag-venture sa iba pang genres. Actually depende rin siya sa projects and siyempre yung future compositions ko at saka ng banda ko,” she said.
“Tapos gusto kong maka jamming sa totoo lang si Gloc-9 kasi sobrang galing niya mag-conceptualize ng music and ng mga words niya. And at the same time yung lyrics niya kasi eh nakakadala,” Gigi De Lana continued.
“Nakaka-affect siya ng madaming tao. Meron akong gustong i-cover na kanta niya. Gusto ko yun. gusto ko siya i-cover,” she said,” she added.
Gloc-9 on the other hand rose to fame with his hit singles; Simpleng Tao, Upuan, Sirena, Hari ng Tondo, Lando, Magda and to name a few.
