Erich Gonzales opened up about maintaining her friendship with Mario Maurer
“Suddenly It’s Magic” actress Erich Gonzales recently opened up about maintaining her friendship with Thai actor Mario Maurer.
It was last 2012 when Erich starred in the Star Cinema romantic comedy “Suddenly It’s Magic” with Mario.
Erich revealed during the “La Vida Lena” virtual press conference last June 16 that she and Mario were still very much in touch even after almost a decade.
“Kakakausap ko lang sa kanya kanina. Nagkamustahan kami,” Erich said.

Erich also said that she’s happy that their friendship had remained intact despite the recent controversies regarding Mario’s management in Thailand and actress Kakai Bautista who issued a warning about publicly issuing statements connecting herself with Mario.
Although Erich didn’t touch on the said topic, she said that she’s very much open to working with Mario again on another project if given the chance.
“I don’t know pero siyempre open tayo di ba? Mario is a good friend and nakakatuwa lang na kahit matagal na kaming nagkatrabaho sa aming movie na ginawa sa Thailand at dito, nandun pa rin yung communication, yung friendship hindi nawala. So game tayo diyan. Game tayo for everything,” Erich said.
Mario and Erich last saw each other during her trip to Bangkok, Thailand last 2019 when she invited him to be a guest on her YouTube channel.
