BIANCA GONZALEZ – The Kapamilya host became emotional after receiving her first jab of the vaccine against COVID-19.
Recently, she went to the image-sharing site, Instagram wherein she posted a photo of her after the inoculation at Ateneo de Manila University.
“‘Happy Independence Day’ takes a whole new meaning for me today,” she wrote.
According to Bianca Gonzalez, as soon as she found out that she belongs to the A4 category, she decided to sign up online.
“I was so happy to get my slot today in the Ateneo de Manila vaccination site. What an emotional moment. Like after everything everyone has been through this past year, [this is it], the light at the end of the tunnel and our hope of getting through this,” she said.
Bianca Gonzalez, later on, shared how she went emotional after receiving her first dose of the vaccine.
She noted: “I got most emotional looking at my card. The past months, I would see those around me na senior or A3 getting their doses, and I could not help but feel, ‘sana ako din.’ Our ates at home got theirs too because they are A3 (with comorbidities). And ito na! Ito naaaa. Nakakaiyak. Thank you Lord. Thank you to all the health workers and volunteers at every single site for doing the work you do!”
