The country’s fast-food chain is currently making a buzz online after a customer earlier complaint about the fried towel she received from the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) branch instead of fried chicken.

Jollibee has since issued a statement regarding the incident and is conducting a thorough investigation.

While the fried chicken towel incident is yet to be resolved, negative posts particularly on the fast-food’s preparation have surfaced.

Recently, a certain Glyndale Draper Rico went to social media wherein she posted what she found out on the menu she ordered from Jollibee Bautista.

According to her, she received a cheesy bacon burger with a plastic cap.

Glyndale was prompted to post this after the viral towel incident.

She noted that in her case, it happened last May 31.

The Bautista branch of the fast-food giant has yet to issue any statement about the netizen’s discovery of her food.

Meanwhile, a certain Anthony DC Reyes attested through the comment section that the Jollibee Bautista branch is, “Isa ito s pinaka worst n branch ng Jollibee. I remember one time ultimo service water walang mabigay. Ung soda machine laging sira or may issue and they will push for pineapple juice for an additional cost, and palpak din ang tabang both pineapple and ice tea nila. Palaging ang haba ng queue ksi 2 cashier lng open and ang babagal kumilos, laging nagkukumpulan sa corner ng drive-true counter pati mga managers!”
