Son of Eddie Garcia, Erwin, Died at 65 – Cause of Death Revealed
EDDIE GARCIA – The last surviving son of the late veteran actor, Erwin Garcia, died at 65 years old. Here’s his cause of death.
One of the celebrities who shared more than half of his life to the showbiz industry is the late veteran actor Eddie Garcia. In the entertainment field, he is more commonly called “Tito Eddie” or “Manoy Eddie”.
It is no secret to the public that Tito Eddie was married to Lucilla Scharnberg before. The veteran actor’s wife died in 1995 due to cancer. They have three (3) children – Eduardo Jr. or Eddieboy, Erwin, and Elizabeth.
Sadly, Eddieboy who followed his father’s footsteps in the industry only had a short-lived career. At the age of 22, he died from a motorcycle accident. It is regarded by his father as the most tragic thing that happened to him.

In 1996, Eddie’s only daughter, Elizabeth, died of heart attack. His second son, Erwin, did not become an actor but he is close to a lot of people in the entertainment field.
Sadly, Eddie Garcia’s son Erwin who is his last surviving son recently died on the day of his 65th birthday. Based on an article on Pep, he was suffering from cirrhosis of the liver. He was in a comatose state during his confinement in a hospital in San Juan City.
According to the report, Erwin’s death was confirmed by his niece, Angelika, who is the daughter of his late sister Elizabeth. According to her, they are still arranging the wake of her uncle.
Meanwhile, Angelika assured that there will be a viewing after the cremation of the remains of Erwin. His last memory is in a tribute documentary movie for his late father, Manoy, Isang Pagsaludo kay Eddie Garcia, where he did the voice over. It is set to stream in VivaMax this March 19.
