Eddie Garcia’s Son Erwin Dies, Rep. Mikee Romero Confirms
EDDIE GARCIA’S SON – Erwin Garcia, the last surviving son of the late veteran actor, died on the day of his 65th birthday.
In June 2019, countless hearts were broken by the passing of the late veteran actor Eddie Garcia. More commonly called Tito Eddie, the actor obtained a serious fracture after tripping off during a taping for a GMA-7 project.
Tito Eddie was rushed to the hospital but he fell unconscious and was not able to recover. At the age of 90 years old, the veteran actor passed away.

Eddie Garcia was survived by his partner, Lilibeth Romero, and his only living child then, Erwin. It is no secret to the public that he has three (3) children from his previous marriage.
However, in the 1970s, the eldest son of Tito died in a motorcycle accident. He even partly blamed himself for giving his son a motorcycle. In the 1990s, his youngest, a daughter, died of a heart disease.
Recently, a heartbreaking news crossed the surface. Eddie Garcia’s son Erwin died on the day of his 65th birthday. Based on an article on ABS-CBN News, it was confirmed by Representative Mikee Romero.
Romero is the son of Tito Eddie’s partner, Lilibeth. Although they are not biologically related, he expressed that he is close to him as the late veteran actor is a comedian.
