Sharon Cuneta to Kakie: “We and millions of (real, not bots!) people out there love you so much”
Megastar Sharon Cuneta defended her daughter Frankie “Kakie” Pangilinan against people who disliked her Wish performance.
On Instagram, the singer showed her support for Kakie who earned massive dislike from netizens over her debut single, TYL on Wish Bus.
Sharon called her daughter “talented” and even expressed her admiration for Kakie‘s music.
According to Sharon Cuneta, millions of real people love Kakie and not “bots”.
“Love and light, our dearest, most precious, beautiful and talented daughter, KAKIE! Your music is awesome!!!❤️❤️❤️ We and millions of (real, not bots!) people out there love you so much!”
While many showed support for the mother and daughter, there are some who cannot hide their frustration with Kakie who is known for being active in the country’s affairs.
Some even said that Kakie did not inherit any talent from her mother.
It can be recalled that Kakie’s performance on Wish Bus reached more than one hundred thousand dislikes where she sang her debut single “TYL.”
According to her, “TYL” which means “true young lovers,” is the song that can soundtrack “your ’90s teen movie grunge moods.”
