Camp of Christine Dacera Speaks on Pursuit Over Her Controversial Death
CHRISTINE DACERA – The camp of the 23-year-old flight attendant spoke on what may happen next in case the Makati City Court will dismiss the case.
Currently, 11 people are facing charges over the death of Christine Angelica Dacera, a flight attendant of the Philippine Airlines (PAL) who was found dead in a hotel in Makati City last January 1, 2021.
Dacera and her friends checked in to City Garden Grand Hotel in Makati City for the New Year’s eve. Her companions claimed that they had hard drinks during the night.
However, the following morning, Rommel Galido who is one of Dacera’s friends found her unconscious in a bathtub. They took her out and tried to revive her. They rushed her to Makati Medical Center.
Dacera was declared dead on arrival. The initial autopsy determined ruptured aortic aneurysm as the cause of her death. The same reason was stated in the medico-legal report of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
On the part of the flight attendant’s family, they are not convinced that she died of a natural cause. They stress the bruises in the body of the flight attendant.

The friends of Christine claims they are innocent from the accusations of crime against them. They also stressed that they cannot do it to her as they love her very much.
Christine Dacera’s camp is determined on their pursuit. Based on a report on Inquirer, in case the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office will junk the case, they will pursue other legal remedies.
“Kahit naman hindi pumabor ang decision sa level ng prosecutor, hindi naman nawawalan ng legal remedies ang party ng private complainant para ipursue ang case,” Dacera family’s legal counsel Atty. Jose Ledda III said.
Based on the report, Christine Dacera’s camp is willing and ready to pursue all the legal remedies. According to Atty. Ledda, the case is up for resolution after next week.
