Foam party at Bacolod resort
A newly-opened resort in Bacolod City is under investigation due to an alleged violation of health protocol after having a foam party.
In the video, party-goers can be seen not wearing a face mask at the same dancing while foam cover the surroundings.
It happened in a newly-opened resort in Barangay Pahanocoy, Bacolod City last January 15.
Bacolod City Emergency Operations Center is now conducting an investigation regarding the incident.
Those who attended the said foam party clearly violated the minimum health protocols.
“Ang mga nagpa-party na ‘yan ay walang mga face masks. So ang mga protocols natin, hindi talaga nila nasunod. Worst pa ay kakain sila, magshi-share sila ng food,” Dr. Chris Sorongon said.
The newly-opened resort will be closed if proven to have committed any violation.
The resort has yet to give a statement.

According to the Department of Health, Negros Occidental earned the seventh spot with highest COVID-19 cases in the country while Bacolod landed number 18 when it comes to cities and municipalities.
On the other hand, Zamboanga City holds the record with the most number of new cases.
