Neil Salvacion has a thrilling and sweet birthday message to his girlfriend Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo.
Rabiya celebrated her 24th birthday in Iloilo City on Saturday, November 14, in conjunction with her homecoming.
Neil, who currently works as a nurse at St. Luke’s Medical Center, then gave a birthday message for his girlfriend.
According to him, he is still emotional what his girlfriend has achieved.

Rabiya and Neil have been in a relationship for six years.
Neil is the beauty queen’s first boyfriend.
She also said that her boyfriend is very supportive of her dream of becoming Miss Universe Philippines.
Before she fought in the national pageant, she shared that Neil made her vow that even if she won the crown, she would not leave her boyfriend.
In a separate interview with Bombo Radyo Iloilo with Rabiya on November 2, the Ilongga beauty queen said that her boyfriend is from Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.
Rabiya Mateo, on the other hand, came from Balasan town.
According to Rabiya, she will not be like the others who when she wins the crown will leave her relationship.
