Meet Jameson “DJ Nonglading” Mondido, the disk jockey with 16 voices and the lone to play the role of various characters in his radio drama.
Recently, he was featured in the GMA magazine show, “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho,” wherein he showcased his unique voice talent from an old woman, an old man, a gay man, a boy, and a woman.
According to him, he serve as the actor and at the same time, the director of his radio program, “Handumanan sa Akong Kagahapon.”
“Mas madali kasi ako ‘yung direktor, ako ‘yung actor. And then sa kita naman, siyempre ako lang ‘yung isa, ako lahat,” he said.
Because of his voice talent, Jameson met his beloved Girlie. But in order for his family to survive, he had to move away and work in Cagayan de Oro.
DJ Nonglading also went through a trial while starting his career.
He also moved from one place to another, and was often one-man team in his program due to lack of budget.
To further expand his listeners, DJ Nonglading thought of going live on Facebook. It was there that netizens noticed his talent, until his listeners and viewers increased, even abroad.
