Actress Kyline Alcantara was excited to be a college student as she pursued tourism degree despite the new normal in education amid the pandemic.
In a report on GMA Network’s “24 Oras”, Kyline was pursuing a degree in tourism, saying that she’s planning to combine what she would learn from her studies along with her acting background for a higher purpose – in order to show the world the best that the Philippines has to offer.
Kyline also said that she wanted to have enough knowledge about the country so that she could be proud of how beautiful the Philippines was.

The actress, who recently turned 18, also admitted that she’s feeling some jitters as a freshman in college, saying that it scared her because it’s a new school and everyone in her school seemed to already know each other.
Moreover, the online classes would also take some getting used to, but the actress was looking forward to starting her life as a college student, saying that she’s excited for the challenge of how she managed her time.
For her, it seemed like it’s just a normal birthday when she reached the age of 18, especially since Kyline said that she had already gone through a lot in life when she was young.
When asked how she would face the year of being a debutante, Kyline said that she’s still happy as she’s still satisfied with life.
Kyline also said that she didn’t have a gift for herself, adding that she’s thinking of maybe like for a long-term investment.
