Months after his break, Ed Sheeran returned to social media in order to introduce his baby girl — Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran — with Cherry Seaborn.
This, as Ed posted on his Instagram post as he shared how delighted he and his wife were about the birth of their daughter.
In his post, Ed said that he posted a quick message from him as he had some personal news that he wanted to share with his followers and fans.
According to him, it was last week when his wife gave birth to their daughter — Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran — with the help of the delivery team.
In addition, Ed said that they’re completely in love with their daughter, adding that both his wife and their baby were doing amazing and they’re on “cloud nine”.
Moreover, Ed said that they hoped that his followers and fans could respect their privacy at this time.

Back in December 24, 2019, Ed wrote a heartfelt message as he announced his indefinite break following his successful “Divide” tour.
According to him, the “Divide” era and tour had changed his life in so many ways, but it’s time for him to go out and see some “more of the world”.
In addition, he previously cited that he had been a bit non-stop since 2017 and he’s going to take a breather to travel, write, and read, adding that he would be off all social media until it was time for him to come back.
Moreover, he previously said that he promised to be back with “some new music” when the “time is right” and he had lived a little more to actually have “something to write about”.
