Mayor Isko Moreno said that the firm was selling a product of Ashley Shine called, ” The Keratin Treatment Deep Repair,” with the address: 1st flr. 707 Sto. Cristo St. San Nicolas, Manila Province, P.R. China.

According to him, the packaging of the haircare brand is “an affront to the sovereignty of the Philippines and an insult to its duly constituted authorities.”

Francisco Moreno Domagoso claimed that the said company has violated some features of the Food and Drug Administration Act of 2009 and Consumer Act of the Philippines.

Based on the report of gmanetwork.com, he also added that the company, which he ordered to be immediately closed, operates online selling without necessary permits.
