Recently, an RMN anchor named Jun Capulot was heavily criticized for his harsh words against call center agents.
“Ano ang trabaho sang call center? Gusto niyo i describe ko pa? Ang trabaho sa call center, trabaho ina sang mga tamaran na mga tawo.. Sa mga tamaran mag gamit sang ila mga brain cells!

He also stressed that the work of call center agents was very easy. Thus, they only need to press buttons on the keyboard.
Netizens especially call center agents couldn’t help but went outrage with the rude statement of Capulot.
While some lambast the anchorman, a netizen with the Facebook name Jimmy Francisco Hontiveros expressed his affirmation with the news anchor.
He agreed with the statement of Capulot that people working in call centers don’t use their so-called “brain cells.”
