A motorcycle rider who posted his marriage certificate with his wife has been apprehended by Highway Patrol Group for using improvised barrier.

However, a lot of motorcycle riders are expressing the opposition towards the bill because it will affect the aerodynamics and the stability of the motorcycle. Several motorists have been reportedly involved in accidents due to the barrier.
Recently, the Facebook page “ABS-CBN News” has shared the photos of a motorcycle rider who posted his marriage certificate on an improvised barrier. The photos garnered various reactions from the online community.
A certain motorist and his wife have decided to attach their marriage certificate on improvised barrier made of steel stroller cart. However, the Highway Patrol Group apprehended the couple for using a substandard barrier.
