In the video, it can be seen that the two cops are confiscating the valuables of a lady who is attending a worship service at a Catholic Church. The incident happened in the middle of a worship service.
According to Naguit, the cops confiscated the placards from a lady member of Akbayan party, a legit and democratic party in the Philippines.
