Kim Chiu expresses her resentment anew against the congressmen who shut down her home network, ABS-CBN.
Kim could not help but dismayed over the decision of Congress not to give a new franchise to their network which resulted in a massive layoff of employees.
She hoped that the congressmen would have given more importance to resolving the problems caused by the COVID-19 crisis in the country than stopping the operation of ABS-CBN.
“What if yung 13 congress hearings na ginawa for AbsCbn ginawa yun to fix the Covid cases and the families that are deeply affected by this pandemic?!!!” she said in an Instagram story.
“Busy sila sa iba eh, ang galing nila bumusisi, wala na sa Lugar,” she added.

“Sana covid muna ayusin! Grabe lang! Grabe!” she told the congressmen who voted yes to deny the ABS-CBN franchise.
She ended her quote saying: “Nasa pinas pa ba ako?! Parang hindi na kasi eh… sobrang nakaka.”
Kim Chiu was among those who have been furious over the “eventual murder” of the House Committee on Legislative Franchises in ABS-CBN’s franchise application.
Despite the fact it’s merely impossible for the Kapamilya Network to be given a new franchise, they did not stop showing support for ABS-CBN.
