Enzo Pineda has been bashed by the supporters of the Kapamilya network after his father, a congressman, voted yes to ABS-CBN franchise application denial.
On Friday, July 10, at least 70 congressmen voted yes to deny the franchise application of the country’s largest broadcasting network.

On Twitter, many expressed their frustration with Enzo’s father, who is also the business manager of Senator Manny Pacquiao.
According to them, ABS-CBN is still the home of the congressman’s son for his career.
They are very disappointed with Congressman Pineda’s agreement with other lawmakers who wanted to kill ABS-CBN.
Some even commented on Enzo’s Instagram post with his father on Father’s Day.
Other celebrities who voted against the awarding of ABS-CBN’s new franchise are Manila 3rd District Representative John Marvin Nieto, or better known as Yul Servo; and Laguna 1st District Representative Dan Fernandez.
The 29-year-old Star Magic talent has been vocal in supporting ABS-CBN.
Enzo was a product of GMA’s StarStruck V in 2010. After that, he was given minor roles in the Kapuso Network.
He was given a big break in 2013 as the leading man in the afternoon series Kakambal ni Eliana But it was not followed.
In 2016, Enzo appeared in the Star Cinema movie Extra Service.
According to PEP.ph, this is where the speculation that he may be moving to ABS-CBN comes out.
Until Enzo was given a big break in ABS-CBN’s primetime series Till I Met You.
In 2017, he signed a contract as a Star Magic talent and in 2019, Enzo re-signed a contract with ABS-CBN.
