A standee of BTS Member scares residents of a Condo
KIM SOK JIN – A standee of the member of the South Korean supergroup BTS scared some residents of a condominium somewhere in the Philippines.
BTS, or in short for Bangtan Sonyeondan is a South Korean boy band that was formed in 2010 and debuted in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment.
The group consists of Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook.
The all-male band was originally launched as a hip-hop group. Eventually, their musical style evolved into a wide range of genres.
After debuting in 2013 with their single album 2 Cool 4 Skool, they released their first Korean-language studio album, Dark & Wild, and Japanese-language studio album, Wake Up, in 2014.
By 2017, BTS crossed into the global music market, leading the Korean Wave into the United States.
In 2020, BTS became the first all-South Korean act to reach number one on the Billboard Global 200 and US Billboard Hot 100 with their Grammy-nominated single “Dynamite”.
Meanwhile, a standee of the member of the South Korean supergroup caused fear among some residents of a condominium.
TikTok user @snowlight711 took to the video-sharing platform wherein she posted a video, sharing that some of her neighbors were scared to death in the past days after seeing a shadow of a man inside her room.
It even reached the point that they called the attention of the building administrator.
In the end, it was found out that the shadow of the man is just a standee of her idol, Kim Sok Jin.
