POKWANG – Award-winning actress and well-loved comedian Pokwang have an unexpected meeting with the iconic rapper-comedian Andrew E.

Marietta Subong O’Brian, known professionally as Pokwang, is a famous comedian, actress, and host in the Philippines. She’s in a relationship with actor Lee O’Brian. They have a cute daughter named Malia O’Brian. She also has a daughter named Ria Mae from a previous relationship.

The 51-year-old celebrity was among the showbiz personalities who took part in the house-to-house campaigning for Vice President Leni Robredo and her running mate Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan. She also attended several rallies to help with the campaign.

Based on the partial and unofficial count after the balloting, former senator Bongbong Marcos Jr. is the presidential race leader with over 31 million votes. Robredo came second with over 14 million votes. Despite placing second, Robredo dominated in 15 provinces.

After the election, Pokwang penned a heartfelt thank you message to the vice president on her IG account. She thanked Robredo for letting her join the journey. She said that she does not have any regrets or feel embarrassed that she supported her during her campaign period.

During their vacation in Boracay, Pokwang shared via an IG post that they happened to meet Andrew E. The rapper was one of the performers in almost all the UniTeam rallies of the BBM-Sara tandem.

The comedian said respect prevailed when they met in Boracay. Despite the different presidential candidates they supported in the last election, netizens were happy that they had a good meeting especially since many friendships and relationships fall apart just because of the election.
