Joyce Pring looks back on her 20s as she turns 29.
JOYCE PRING — The Kapuso host recently took to social media to reflect on her 20s as she marked her 29th birthday.
Joyce took to Instagram to reflect on her 20s as she turns 29 on Wednesday, May 4. The Kapuso host shared black-and-white photos of herself and captioned them “The last of my twenties”.
She’s proudly shared that the past 9 years as 20-something were all about making progress. According to her, she had a lot of toxic traits when she started the decade.
Joyce also said that she feels like she has improved a lot now that she’s on the cusp of closing the chapter.
“I can humbly say that I had a lot of toxic traits when I started this decade — and now that I’m on the cusp of closing this chapter, I feel like I’ve improved a lot,” Joyce wrote in the caption of her Instagram post.
Joyce also shared that she underwent hours of therapy during her 20s and immersed herself in travel. She added that she plugged herself into groups and friendships that have kept her accountable.
“I plugged myself into groups and friendships that have kept me accountable. I sought after God deeply, and in the process, started to know myself deeply, too,” she said. “I’ve many more years ahead of me (Lord willing), but my twenties have been the best by far, and I’m immensely grateful.”

In a separate post, she shared that she thought she knew it all when her 20s started.
The Kapuso host added that she thought she had a deep understanding of how the world works, why people are the way that they are, and where exactly she’s going.
“Today, on my 29th year here on Earth, I’ve realized we’re all just pretty much winging it,” Joyce said.
The Kapuso host is turning 29 as a mom to Baby Eliam, her son with husband Juancho Triviño.
