Cassy Legaspi invested in real estate at a young age and also wanted to have her own car.
Kapuso actress Cassy Legaspi had invested in real estate at a young age and also wanted to have her own car as well.
Cassy had been earning her own money since she’s a little girl as she started earning out of all the endorsement deals she had as a child, starring in commercials alongside her parents and her brother.
Now that she and Mavy Legaspi had been in show business since 2018, her parents Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villarroel have given her full freedom on how she wanted to handle her finances.
In a Zoom interview last August 3, Cassy told PEP that her parents would give suggestions on how she can handle her money.
“My parents would give suggestions lang on how I can handle my money. But ako po ang nagde-decide like how and where my money goes,” Cassy said.
Making smarter financial decisions such as saving money was part of their suggestions on how to handle finances.

“I’m also learning from them how to invest. I’m super new sa mga ganito-ganyan, but I’m learning from my parents,” Cassy shared.
Based on a report on PEP, the 20-year-old actress already had investments in real estate at a young age. Cassy explained that her parents handled their investments when she was a little girl, adding that her parents would explain how and where her money went as they grew a little bit older.
Now that she and her brother were old enough to have a say in the financial decisions, the actress revealed that her parents also asked them what they wanted to invest in.
For now, she wanted to drive her own car. According to her, she wanted to invest in a car and wanted to have her own car.
“Kasi gusto ko, well, hopefully when this pandemic is over, when I go sa mga tapings, mga events, I can proudly say, ‘This is not owned by my dad, this is not owned by my mom. I paid for this car with my own hard-earned money.’ So ayun, sana kotse,” Cassy said.
On Monday, Cassy and Mavy said in an interview with GMA reporters that their parents have inspired them to invest in real estate at an early age as they have been making their own income since they were kids.
According to Mavy, their parents told them where their money went and they have a final say on their money.
GMA News Online reported that Cassy and Mavy recently renewed their contracts with GMA Artist Center.
