Here’s the public apology of Franz Luke Sioson Orbos
Franz Luke Sioson Orbos, the son of former TV host and politician Oscar Orbos, issued a public apology due to his meltdown.
Previously, the younger Orbos had a confrontation with a traffic enforcer due to a parking violation.
Police officers then rushed to Susana Heights Road, Barangay Tunasan, Muntinlupa City trying to calm him down.
In the video, he can be heard saying: “Bakit mo ako titiketan? Ano ang ginawa ko? Hindi n’yo ba ako kilala? Hindi n’yo ba kilala ang tatay ko?”
“Kilala mo ang tatay ko? Bakit n’yo ako ginaganito? Pu….a kayo, ginagago n’yo ako. Feeling n’yo takot ako sa inyo?”
The confrontation ended when the police worked together to arrest and handcuff the struggling and drunk Franz.
At present, he is facing multiple charges and the preliminary investigation will commence on July 30, 2021.
On Sunday, July 18, he issued a public apology due to his meltdown.

Recently, an incident has gone viral on social media involving myself. What you saw on the video is indeed regretful and contrary how I was raised with Christian values by my loving parents, who taught me to be respectful to the proper authorities.
My family and loved ones have been hurt and disturbed for what has happened. I am deeply remorseful and I sincerely apologize to all who were offended by my conduct.
Like any human being, I have committed a mistake and I am prepared to suffer the consequence of such. This incident has truly been a learning and humbling experience for me. It has moved me to rise above and beyond these unfortunate circumstances and be a better person for my family, God, and country.
