Teacher Rosalina Serguino was the one who conceptualized the idea of mobile graduation using the carabao and decorated karusa.

A carabao with a karusa was designed with fabric and balloons to make a stage for elementary school graduates.

The road in the area was difficult because of the mud, so the school decided to use a karusa to at least held graduation for graduating students.

The karusa served as the stage for the students as they were photographed holding their diplomas.

According to DepEd Antique superintendent Felisa Beriong, it has the permission of DepEd Region 6 to held such activity. Health protocols were also observed.

There were six students who attended the mobile graduation who will be moving up to Grade 7 of which three are boys and three are girls.

In this pandemic, mobile graduations are popular to give recognition to students who will graduate from their studies.
