SITTI – The Bossa Nova Queen has reacted to memes on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on what her surname should be.
The singer went to Instagram wherein she posted some screenshots with suggestions for her surname.
“Tapos na si Nina, Kyla, at Jaya. Ano ang apelyido ni Sitti?” Twitter user Panlasang Pinay wrote.
Sitti is one of the singers who have been using mononyms for their stage names following Nina, who was earlier the subject for surname guessing on social media.
Some of the entries on Nina’s surname were Bonnivie, LIVE, ko galet, Raymundo, natuto, Binalikan, Jose, Nurner, Monami, kawantayo, mamalik and more.
Meanwhile, Sitti, whose maiden name is Navarro, was ecstatic on surnames and even first names that netizens suggested for her such as “Daisy Sitti,” Sitti Scan, and to name a few.
Sitti has been known as Bozza Nova Queen.
Among the hits popularized by Sitti are “Tattooed On My Mind”, a remake of the D’Sound hit; “Hey Look at the Sun”, and “I Didn’t Know I Was Looking for Love”.
