Heartwarming Moment Captured As Couple Reunites With Stolen Dog
COUPLE REUNITES WITH STOLEN DOG – After six long years and 200 miles apart, Simon Hall and his wife, Caroline finally reunite with their cocker spaniel named Bonnie.
Six years ago at around 2014, the couple said their pet dog was stolen from their home. On Thursday last week, the couple received a phone call from a dog warden who told them they had found Bonnie 200 miles from home.
Along with this, the news came just the day before Bonnie’s 10th birthday. The heartwarming moment was captured and shared all over social media.
According to miss hall, they almost gave up a couple of years ago. Furthermore, she said: “I’d prepared myself for the fact she might look in a bad way but actually she’s looking quite well. I know the vets have taken wonderful care of her“.
Meanwhile, according to an article from the Daily Mail, it appeared that Bonnie was stolen to breed. Moreover, Terrington St John Veterinary Centre said she recently went through hysterectomy.
Additionally, tests on Bonnie revealed that she had her most recent litter within the last two months. Sadly, Fenland District Council dog warden Caroline Trigg said:
“I think Bonnie’s had a hard time with the breeding side. Someone has made a lot of money out of her, which is very sad”
Additionally, the warden believed she’d never been to a vet in the last six years. She explained that if Bonnie visited a veterinary center, her location ship would’ve been read.
Still, reuniting with her family a day before her birthday could be one of the best gifts to give Bonnie and her family.
