Typhoon Ulysses updates as of 2 PM

PAGASA announced via its latest bulletin issued at 2 PM today, November 12, 2020, that Typhoon Ulysses accelerates while moving Westward over the Philippine Sea.

It is traversing Westward at 35 km/h and has maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 160 km/h.

At 1:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon Ulysses was located at 140 km West of Iba, Zambales.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals (TCWS) 1 and 2 remain in various parts of the country, particularly in Luzon.
