Facebook introduced new look for Messenger
Facebook officially introduced a new look for Messenger — including its new logo, default chat color, custom reactions, and a lot more.
This, as the company rolled out Messenger’s new look in order to mark its continued evolution.
Here are some of Messenger’s new features and updates that were included in its new look:
“Rooms” and “Watch Together”
Stan Chudnovsky, the VP of Messenger, said that Facebook had been busy launching its products and features on Messenger over the past months.
These products and features were introduced in order to make it easier and more fun to be with their family and friends when users can’t be together in person through “Rooms” and “Watch Together.
With these features, users can even easily connect with a lot of their favorite small businesses, even if they cannot visit them in real life.
Cross-app communications
Chudnovsky reported that Messenger had recently announced the cross-app communication with Instagram which will be available to most users soon.

Other Features
Chudnovsky mentioned that personalization was important in terms of how users connect to their family and friends.
Along with its new logo and its default chat color, Chudnovsky also announced that Messenger were also rolling out new chat themes — including love and tie-dye — and custom reactions as well.
Moreover, Chudnovsky said that other features — including selfie stickers and “vanish mode” — will be rolling out to Messenger soon.
