Claudine Barretto Alleges That Her Children Were Taken by Longtime Assistant
CLAUDINE BARRETTO – The actress has made a serious accusation against her longtime personal assistant, Ma. Solita “Marisol” Acap, claiming that her children were taken without her permission.
During a live video on her Facebook page on Saturday, January 24, 2026, she appeared clearly upset as she shared that her three children—Sabina, 21; Santino, 18; and Quia—had not yet returned home. She publicly warned Marisol to bring them back within 15 minutes or she would ask authorities to take action for possible kidnapping. Claudine stressed that the situation was not a joke and said that the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) had already been informed and was waiting for Marisol to arrive at their home in Quezon City.
Aside from accusing her personal assistant, Claudine also claimed that some individuals, including people she once trusted, were allegedly working with Marisol to cause problems for her. She said this group had been using her name and even her children to ask for money from fans, which she described as a form of fraud.
She also expressed concern for her safety, suggesting that someone from her past may be involved and that she had felt threatened for some time. According to her, if anything bad happens to her, it should be carefully investigated because she believes only a few people could be responsible.
Claudine also shared screenshots online that she said came from her daughter Sabina, urging Marisol to turn herself in to authorities and return the children. The message expressed fear and confusion and stated that authorities were already searching for the personal assistant in their area. Claudine strongly warned that anyone who would harm her children would face serious consequences, emphasizing her role as a protective mother.
Meanwhile, Claudine Barretto posted a document from 2023 showing a notarized agreement in which Marisol allegedly promised to pay back a five-million-peso debt. Claudine said she had forgiven past issues but could no longer remain silent after this incident. During the livestream, she repeatedly reminded viewers of the deadline she had given and advised her supporters to stay away from Marisol, saying she had proof to support her claims and that authorities were already involved.
