Emman Atienza, Daughter of Kuya Kim, Passes Away at 19
EMMAN ATIENZA – A 19-year-old social media influencer and daughter of TV host Kim Atienza and teacher Felicia Hung-Atienza, has sadly passed away. The heartbreaking news was confirmed by her family on Instagram, where they described her death as “unexpected.”
Emman’s passing shocked many of her followers and friends after the announcement spread across social media on Friday morning, October 24, 2025. She was known for her bright personality, honesty, and posts that inspired many people, especially those struggling with mental health.
In their message, the Atienza family shared their deep sadness and gave a touching tribute to Emman. “It’s with deep sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our daughter and sister, Emman,” they wrote. “She brought so much joy, laughter, and love into our lives and into the lives of everyone who knew her.”
They described Emman as someone who always made others feel seen and understood. She often opened up about her own struggles with mental health, which helped many people feel less alone. “Emman had a way of making people feel seen and heard, and she wasn’t afraid to share her own journey with mental health. Her authenticity helped so many feel less alone,” the family said.

Emman is survived by her parents, Kim and Felicia, and her siblings, Jose and Eliana. The family did not mention the cause of her death but said that she had been dealing with mental health challenges. Her passing is a sad reminder of the importance of kindness, understanding, and talking openly about mental health.
