Pia Moran Opens Up About Her Breakup
PIA MORAN – The actress and former model confirmed that she has broken up with her 32-year-old boyfriend, a nurse.
The couple had been together for some time, with their relationship starting in 2020. However, during a conversation with Pia at the wake of Nora Aunor on April 19, 2025, she revealed the breakup in a light-hearted manner. When asked about her relationship, Pia responded, “Wala, wala, wala na!” which translates to “It’s over, it’s really over!” She was quick to clarify that she wasn’t feeling sad, saying, “No, I’m not!” and emphasized that she was comfortable being single.
Pia also made it clear that she wasn’t currently seeing anyone new. When asked about the possibility of someone courting her, she jokingly responded, “Hindi ko alam, hindi ko masagot.” Pia expressed that she was accustomed to single life and actually preferred it, as it gave her more focus on her career. She also shared that her current priority is her work in the entertainment industry, particularly her role in the film Lola Magdalena, where she plays opposite Carlo San Juan, who portrays a younger love interest.
Although Pia is not currently interested in dating, she remains focused on her career, which includes her involvement in the indie film Umbag, currently showing in the U.S. until December. In addition to her film career, Pia has distanced herself from the showbiz world a bit, saying she is no longer as involved as she used to be.
Despite the end of her relationship, Pia seems content with her current life and is not rushing into another romantic relationship. She enjoys the freedom of being single and dedicates her energy to her career and personal growth.
