A cellphone store employee shared the struggle of a customer who lacked enough money to buy the iPhone requested by his child.

According to the employee, a middle-aged man visited the store looking for an iPhone. When asked who would use the device, he explained that his child had been asking for one because most of their classmates already had iPhones.
“Nag-away kami kanina dahil lang sa iPhone. Gusto niya kasi kaya ito na lang sana ang bibilhin ko. Pero nagtatampo siya, hindi sumama, at naiwan sa bahay na umiiyak pa raw nang umalis ako. Gustong-gusto niya talaga kasi sabi niya, uso raw at halos lahat ng kaklase niya iPhone ang gamit,” the man said.
However, he only had P10,000, which was not enough to buy even the most affordable model. The employee tried to suggest high-end Android phones within his budget, but the father was hesitant.
The customer shared that his child was upset and refused to come with him because they specifically wanted an iPhone. The father had saved the money from his hard work as a public transport driver, but it was still not enough.
