KARLA ESTRADA – The mother of Daniel Padilla is rumored to have a significant “utang” to Kathryn Bernardo’s family.
To recall, it was on Thursday, November 30, 2023, when Kathryn and Daniel confirmed their breakup after being together for more than 11 years. Prior to confirming their separation, Daniel had been linked to two women.
According to Ogie Diaz’s source, Daniel and actress Andrea Brillantes are secretly seeing each other. As of press time, she has yet to break her silence to respond to the issue. Another actress, Gillian Vicencio, was also linked to Daniel. This was due to a viral conversation between two friends. However, the actress took to social media to refute rumors involving her and Daniel.
In the Friday, December 8 episode of Showbiz Now, showbiz columnist Cristy Fermin shared a rumor involving Karla Estrada and Kathryn’s family. “May lumutang na kuwento na diumano may utang itong si Karla Estrada sa pamilya ni Kathryn Bernado,” Fermin said.
Her co-host Wendell Alvarez was shocked by Cristy’s revelation about Karla. “Diyos ko, bakit naman uutangan niya ang pamilya ni Kathryn…’di pa naman magkasama sa isang bahay,” Wendell said.

The showbiz columnist added, “Lumaki nang lumaki ang mga kuwento. Hanggang sa kumakalat na rin ngayon na diumano may mga inuutangang kaibigan si Karla Estrada. 2 milyon, 3 milyon. Kaya sabi ng iba, ‘ay, kaya siguro nangungutang ‘to sa iba para pambayad sa pamilya ni Kathryn’.”
As of press time, Karla Estrada has yet to give any reaction to the matter. Meanwhile, days after the breakup of KathNiel, Kathryn resurfaced with a new hairstyle, while Daniel made his first public appearance recently, spending time with orphans, smiling, and engaging in storytelling and gift-giving alongside his siblings.
