MICHAEL V. – The comedic genius is currently making waves after posting a video online with a “cryptic caption.”
Michael V., whose real name is Beethoven Del Valle Bunagan, is a versatile entertainer known for his work on GMA Network’s shows “Bubble Gang” and “Pepito Manaloto.” He rose to fame with his unique talent for creating witty parodies and “translations” of both Filipino and foreign songs. Additionally, he has composed original hits like “Sinaktan Mo ang Puso Ko” and “Hindi Ako Bakla.”
He earned the nickname “Bitoy” from a beloved kiddie TV character portrayed by comedian Bentot, while adopting the stage name “Michael V.” as a tribute to his favorite artists, Michael Jackson and Gary V.
His career expanded into television, where he won several Asian Television Awards for Best Comedy Performance by an Actor from 2004 to 2006. He even graced the cover of Reader’s Digest. Michael V. ventured into film with the comedy “Yaya and Angelina: The Spoiled Brat Movie,” co-starring Ogie Alcasid, and hosted the game show “Hole in the Wall.”
Currently, the comedic genius is gaining attention online due to a video he posted, accompanied by a cryptic caption. In the video, he can be seen pressing his chest next to a chest press machine.
