Macky Mathay is proud father to son Roan
Macky Mathay, the boyfriend of actress Sunshine Cruz, is a proud father to his son Roan Mathay, who slimmed down from 208 pounds to 149 pounds.
“My son Roan has been overweight all through out his life, from being a very healthy baby, to a chubby toddler, then a chunky middle schooler,” he said.
According to Macky Mathay, his son started to lose weight in mid-2019 by little rice intake. He was only eating viand during mealtime.
Roan Mathay underwent intermittent fasting during the pandemic and usually consumes “one full meal a day and before the 8-hour window ends would just snack on healthy food.”
“He then even took it to a higher level by being a pescatarian,” he added.

Meanwhile, Macky Mathay is proud for his son of what he has already achieved. He lauded his son’s hard work and perseverance in order to get the physique he wanted for his son.
Macky Mathay has three sons from his previous wife while Sunshine Cruz has three beautiful daughters from her ex-husband, Cesar Montano.
It was in 2016 when Macky Mathay, a businessman and half-brother of actress Ara Mina, confirmed that he is dating Sunshine Cruz.
