Maris Racal: “Nagpadede, nagpatulog, at naging instant ina po tayo sa biyaheng pa-Manila”
MARIS RACAL – The actress-singer shared that she became an “instant ina” as she volunteered to babysit during her flight back to the Philippines.
The actress-singer was in Italy to represent the film “Where Is The Lie?” at the Far East Film Festival in Udine. She was joined by actress EJ Jallorina, who is also part of the said movie.
Maris posted a series of photos on her social media account on Tuesday and said that she’s on her way to Manila.
In the photos she posted on Instagram, Maris can be seen babysitting an infant while on her flight from Italy to Manila. The actress-singer shared that she volunteered to babysit the baby to help a Filipina mom who was also traveling back to the Philippines.
“Nagpadede, nagpatulog, at naging instant ina po tayo sa biyaheng pa-Manila,” she joked.

According to her, her heart leaped out of her chest when she saw a baby next to her. She went on to admit that she loves babies and also loves babysitting.
Maris also said that she’s glad to have helped a Filipina mom during the trip back to the Philippines, adding that she’s happy to meet them.
Fans and friends of the actress shared their reaction in the comments section of her social media post – including celebrity moms Angelica Panganiban and Iza Calzado asked her to also babysit their child as well.
To recall, Maris said in an interview with Inquirer Entertainment that she would rather get asked about the career-related plans she makes with her partner Rico Blanco than about getting married.
