Internal problem in Eat Bulaga? Cristy Fermin has revealed something
CRISTY FERMIN – The veteran columnist revealed that there’s an internal problem in Eat Bulaga due to possible removal of the show’s founding producer Tony Tuviera.
The longest-running noontime show has been running for 44 years. The program first aired on RPN-9 on July 30, 1979, transferred to ABS-CBN on February 18, 1989, and aired permanently on GMA-7 from January 28, 1995, until today.
At present, it is hosted by Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, Jose Manalo, Allan K., Wally Bayola, Paolo Ballesteros, Pauleen Luna, Ryan Agoncillo, Ryzza Mae Dizon, Maine Mendoza, Maja Salvador, Miles Ocampo, Ruru Madrid, Bianca Umali and Carren Eistrup.
But according to Cristy Fermin, the show is facing a big challenge at the moment. The veteran entertainment columnist claimed that there was an internal issue between the executives of Eat Bulaga and its founding producer Tony Tuviera.
Allegedly, Tuviera is being pushed to resign from the noontime program.
Cristy Fermin said if the executives of the show removed Tuviera, some of the Eat Bulaga hosts who have been supporting the latter vowed to resign from the program including the iconic trio; Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon.
Paano ngayon? Ano ang magaganap ngayon?” she noted.
