Korean version of Kamikazee’s Narda?
NARDA KOREAN VERSION? – A so-called “Korean version” of the hit single of Filipino rock band, Kamikazee, has gone viral on social media.
Since last year, social media has been flooded with versions of popular songs such as Jopay, Bulaklak and Totoy Bibo. Those hits were also among the most requested in videoke sessions or karaoke bars.
Aside from the three iconic songs, another popular single is getting a lot of attention but this time, it was sang using “Korean” language. It was courtesy of a certain Mackey Macky Ace Palencia.
In the video, he can be seen trying hard to sing the iconic song using “Korean” language. Obviously, the language he’s using is far from the real Korean language. Watch his song cover in the video provided below:
His cover was uploaded on Facebook page, Gitaristang gala, and it immediately went viral. As of posting, it has generated more than 46k views. It also earned mixed reactions from the netizens. Here are the comments of some netizens:
Meanwhile, Kamikazee or KMKZ is a Filipino rock band formed in 2000. It was in 2015 when the band went on a hiatus but two years later (2017) they reunited and had been touring since. The group is composed of Jay Contreras, Jomal Linao, Led Tuyay, Puto Astete, Bords Burdeos, Jian Lubiano, and Mikki Jill.
Aside from Narda, Huling Sayaw, Martyr Nyebera, Unang Tikim, Chiksilog, Ambisyoso, Director’s Cut, Wala, Alay, First Day High and to name a few are among the hit singles of the Filipio rock band.
