Why Andrew E.’s upcoming concert in the UAE has been canceled?
ANDREW E. – The upcoming concert of the legendary hip-hop artist in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) slated for December has been canceled.
Andrew Ford Valentino Espiritu or Andrew E started his career as a DJ in a popular club, Euphoria. He was discovered by guitarman Ramon “RJ” Jacinto in 1991.
He made his television debut on That’s Entertainment, a variety show hosted by the late German Moreno on GMA-7. His career skyrocketed when he released the single, “Humanap Ka ng Panget.” Andrew E. has been in the local music industry for thirty-two (32) years. He also starred in comedy films.
During the previous election, he became one of the notable figures thanks to his energetic chants while campaigning for President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Vice President Sara Duterte featuring the political jingle, “Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Mukha”.
Anrew E. was supposed to hold a concert in UAE this coming December. However, the event organizer decided the cancel the show “due to unforeseen circumstances.”
Coca-Cola Arena, the event organizer, confirmed the cancelation of the show with The Global Filipino Magazine. In a statement, it said: “In the event of a show cancellation, all tickets will be automatically refunded to the same card used for the transaction.”
It added: “Kindly note refunds can take up to 21 days starting from the cancellation date, so please wait before contacting your point of purchase.”
Andrew E. has yet to issue any statement regarding the alleged cancelation of his concert in the UAE.
