Awra Briguela Speaks Out Against Insults and Online Hate
AWRA BRIGUELA – The TV personality has once again spoken out against online bullying, particularly from individuals who continue to mock and compare him to Bronny James.
The issue resurfaced after Awra reshared a Facebook post showing him with three men, where the caption jokingly referred to him as Bronny James. The post also included an inappropriate comment directed at him, which further contributed to his frustration and disappointment.
Awra did not remain silent and directly responded to those behind the post, expressing his thoughts in a direct yet emotional manner. He criticized individuals who are quick to insult others while appearing unwilling to improve themselves, pointing out the clear inconsistency in their behavior. His reaction reflected not only anger but also exhaustion, as this was not the first time he had experienced such treatment online.

This is not a new concern for Awra. He has consistently expressed that he is uncomfortable with being called Bronny James, yet some social media users continue to use the comparison to tease or disrespect him. In a previous incident in July 2025, he confronted a student who repeatedly sent similar remarks. During that exchange, Awra stated that such behavior was inappropriate and could be considered cyberbullying. He also advised the individual to reflect, act with greater maturity, and choose kindness, particularly at a young age when values are still developing.

Despite his continued efforts to address and discourage this behavior, the teasing has not completely stopped. His recent response highlights the ongoing challenges faced by public figures in dealing with repeated online harassment. It also serves as a reminder that statements made on social media can have real consequences, and that respect and accountability remain essential in all forms of communication, both online and offline.
