Rob Sy Speaks Out on Bullying Case Involving His Child
ROB SY – The actor has spoken out regarding the complaint filed against him and his wife by Quezon City Councilor Alfred Vargas and his wife, Yasmine Espiritu, involving allegations of bullying against their child. He addressed the issue through a Facebook post, where he shared a news article about the legal case and shared his side of the story.
In his statement, Sy explained that he is naturally a quiet person who prefers to avoid conflict and negative situations. However, he said he felt forced to speak up because of what he described as continued harm to his family, especially his child.
He also asked for prayers and understanding from relatives, friends, and the public as they face the complaint filed at the Manila City Prosecutor’s Office. According to him, he and his wife are ready to face the case and defend themselves properly.
Sy expressed deep pain over the accusation involving his 8-year-old child, saying that it is very difficult for a parent to hear such claims, especially when he believes they are not true. He said the situation has distorted the real story and has caused unfair damage to their name. He strongly denied the allegations and emphasized that they have had enough of the accusations and public criticism.
Despite the situation, Sy stated that they are determined to stand firm and fight for what they believe is the truth. He pointed out that while they may not have wealth or influence, they rely on honesty and integrity, which he believes cannot be bought or replaced by power.
He also thanked those who have supported and guided them during the ongoing legal matter. In his post, he included hashtags highlighting his strong stand in defending his child and insisting on truth and fairness.
