Lady Netizen Opens Up on How She and Her Husband Were Able to Buy Houseware Since They Started Living Independently
A lady netizen shared the household items she and her husband were able to purchase since they started living independently.
Recently, Cristine Jay Cañete Peje, a Facebook user, opened up about how they started their married life. The post immediately circulated online and elicited reactions from the internet users.
When the couple moved into their own place in 2018, they had barely anything. They had only a single small pot from their previous home. On the same day they moved in, they managed to buy a rice cooker, which doubled as their all-in-one cooking tool while waiting for a ceramic cooker they ordered on installment.
At first, even their clothes had no proper storage. Everything was stuffed into blue plastic bags during their move, making some people jokingly say they looked like vendors. Despite these challenges, they worked hard to furnish their home piece by piece.
Every extra penny went to buying essentials or paying for items on installment plans.
Their financial journey wasn’t easy either. When they moved in, they could only afford one month’s deposit to their landlord. It was only after payday that they managed to settle the rest of the balance.
With her husband working a regular job and Cristine taking on various side gigs to earn money while staying home with their toddler, they slowly built a more comfortable home. She credits teamwork and faith for making it all possible.
Now, after over two years of living independently, they’ve created a happy and cozy home for their family.

Same day na nag move in kami bumili kami rice cooker at dun muna kami nagluluto lahat while waiting sa ceramic cooker na installment sa orange app.
