Dela Serna Admits He Traveled Abroad 6 Times With Harry Roque in 2023
ALBERTO RODULFO DELA SERNA – The model and pageant winner admitted that he traveled abroad six times with former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque in 2023.
During a hearing on Wednesday, Antipolo City Rep. Romeo Acop asked Dela Serna how many times he had traveled abroad with Roque. “Six times po, Mr. Chair,” Dela Serna replied. “The first trip was a trip to Hong Kong po. Sa pagka-alala ko Mr. Chair yun po yung premier ng movie po with Marcos family.”
Dela Serna mentioned that after the trip to Hong Kong, they traveled to Beijing, China. When asked by Acop why he was Atty. Harry Roque’s favorite, Dela Serna explained that he was familiar with Roque’s medical needs and had frequently traveled with him, both abroad and within the Philippines.
According to Acop, the two also traveled to Japan and Singapore in September 2023, and to Abu Dhabi in October 2023. He then questioned why Dela Serna stopped being Roque’s Executive Assistant but continued working for him, and inquired about his salary.
Dela Serna said he receives a basic salary of P20,000 per month. Acop followed up by asking what his specific job was with Roque. “Parang alalay po ako Mr. Chair all around alalay. Kung ano pong iutos ni Atty. Harry gagawin ko po,” Dela Serna replied.
To recall, Alberto Rodulfo Y. Dela Serna, the former executive assistant of ex-presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, has been linked to Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs). This follows the retrieval of documents signed by Roque from a POGO hub in Porac, Pampanga, which include an appointment paper for his former executive assistant.
As of press time, Harry Roque has yet to respond to the revelation of Dela Serna, his so-called Supranational Travel Buddy.
