Online Seller Catches Husband and His Other Woman
SHAICA MARIZ ROBLES – The online seller went viral after live-streaming her discovery of her husband’s infidelity at a hotel on June 27, 2024. Using the application “Life360” to track her husband’s location, she detected that he was at a hotel. Rushing to the site, she caught her husband and his mistress in the act.
The video rapidly spread across social media but was later taken down on the advice of Shaica’s lawyer, as it would serve as evidence in her forthcoming legal case against her husband, including an annulment.
In a subsequent post, Shaica announced she would give a free iPhone 6 to anyone who could identify the woman who had been with her husband at the hotel. The woman had managed to escape amidst the commotion.
Shaica Mariz Robles apologized for keeping the video of her husband’s adultery private on the advice of her legal team as she prepares to file for annulment and other cases. She expressed immense pain from witnessing her husband and his mistress in a compromising position and stressed the importance of moving on for the sake of her three children.
Shaica also mentioned her determination to meet the mistress, who is slim with a tattoo, and asked for help in identifying her. She expressed frustration with unfaithful men, calling for them to be held accountable for their actions, and described the mistress as a “big demon.”
Meanwhile, several legal actions can be taken if a spouse is caught in the act with another woman. One of the primary actions is filing for adultery, as infidelity is considered a crime in many jurisdictions and can be grounds for legal proceedings. The aggrieved spouse may also seek an annulment or divorce based on the infidelity.
Additionally, they can pursue moral damages for the emotional distress caused by the unfaithful behavior. During divorce proceedings, infidelity can significantly impact decisions regarding child custody and spousal support. Alternatively, the spouse may opt for legal separation, which allows for the separation of property and other marital obligations without dissolving the marriage.
