XIAN GAZA – The controversial social media personality claimed that the tattoo issue involving the local Takoyaki store, Taragis, is scripted.

On April 1, also known as April Fools’ Day, the local Takoyaki store Taragis posted a challenge that turned out to be a prank. One individual took the challenge seriously and went as far as getting the shop’s logo tattooed on his forehead, anticipating a response from the store. However, Taragis later clarified that it was merely a joke, emphasizing the importance of careful reading and skepticism on April Fools’ Day.

Following this incident, Taragis, renowned for its Takoyaki eating challenge on social media, faced significant backlash from internet users. Some even called for a boycott of the store, leading to mass reports of their page, which boasts over 700K followers.

To mitigate the situation, Carl Quion, the founder of Taragis, personally visited Ramil and extended his apologies. Carl also offered P100,000 to Ramil, earmarked for his child’s education and for his son, who has Down syndrome.

Furthermore, he treated Ramil and his son to a meal at the fast-food chain Jollibee. In his vlog, he advised social media personalities and content creators to be cautious of their actions, as there are individuals who may be desperate for money, particularly those facing financial hardships.

However, according to Xian Gaza, the tattoo issue involving Taragis is scripted. In a Facebook post, he claimed that the tattoo on Ramil’s forehead is not fresh, allegedly indicating that it’s been there for a while or it’s just henna.

“Hindi fresh yung tattoo sa noo, it means matagal na o henna lang. Hindi rin marunong umarte si Kuya. Halatang scripted. Publicity stunt lamang. Gigil na gigil pa man din kayo. Hahaha! Sayang yung galit niyo mga tanga,” he noted.
