Alexandra Ortega, accompanied by her mother Liza Vergara, went to Senator Raffy Tulfo’s public service program to complain about her father Rolando Ortega’s alleged insufficiency in providing her daily allowance. She claimed it had been a week since her father last gave her any money and highlighted that the allowance had become inconsistent. Rolando, a Grab driver, defended himself by stating that his fluctuating health and fatigue often affected his earnings.
