Joj and Jai Agpangan Clarify That They Are Not Members of 4th Impact

Joj and Jai Agpangan are not members of the 4th Impact

JOJ AND JAI AGPANGAN – The celebrity twins told their followers that they are not part of the girl group, 4th Impact.

The all-female group, known for their appearance on the British television show “The X Factor” in 2015, garnered attention when they launched a fundraising campaign to acquire a bigger piece of land for their 200 Shih Tzu dogs.

Comprised of sisters Elvira, Irene, Mylene, and Celina Cercado, 4th Impact began soliciting donations from the public on February 28, 2024, through a GoFundMe page named “DREAM LAND FOR OUR 200 SHIH TZU DOGS,” to raise $10,000 or roughly PHP 560,275.

In their message, Elvira detailed how their fondness for Shih Tzus grew, leading to their care for numerous dogs. Faced with complaints from neighbors about their dogs’ noise, they turned to public support through fundraising to relocate the dogs to a new home.

However, critics swiftly emerged, questioning why 4th Impact had so many dogs if they were unable to adequately provide for them. Some criticized them as “irresponsible dog owners” for allowing their pets to breed unchecked through backyard breeding. Various animal shelter organizations, including the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), expressed disappointment, suggesting that the girl group may have violated regulations by not obtaining the necessary permits for housing a large number of animals.
